Cobblemon PokéJobs

Send Pokémon from your PC boxes on 2-hour, 6-hour, and 12-hour expeditions for passive XP, money, and item rewards.

What it is

If you have extra Pokémon sitting in your PC boxes, Cobblemon PokéJobs (/pokejobs) lets you send them out on timed work expeditions to earn passive Pokémon XP, money, and item drops while you play or while you are offline.

Unlike Daycare, which levels up your party Pokémon for a fee, PokéJobs is completely free and uses the Pokémon stored in your PC boxes.

How to send Pokémon on a job

  1. Run /pokejobs (or /jobs) from anywhere to open the PokéJobs board.
  2. The top rows show the available job postings, including how long each expedition takes (2 hours, 6 hours, or 12 hours), which elemental types are favored, and what rewards it pays.
  3. Click an open job in the top rows, then click a Pokémon from your PC boxes shown in the bottom rows to send it out.
  4. While a Pokémon is away on a job, it stays safely locked in that expedition slot until the timer finishes or you recall it early.

Type matching bonus

Every job posting lists one or two favored elemental types, such as Electric and Steel for power plant work or Grass and Water for tending berry orchards.

If the Pokémon you send has at least one of those favored types, you earn a 1.5x bonus on the job's cash payout, Pokémon XP, and item drops!

Claiming your rewards

When a job's countdown finishes, open /pokejobs and click the completed slot. Your Pokémon returns to your PC box with its new XP, and the cash and item rewards are added to your inventory. A fresh job posting will then take its place on the board.
